He further completed his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. After gaining some experience by working in a Bahamas based offshore service provider firm as an executive vice president, Samuel Congdon decided to open his own offshore firm. Samuel Congdon opened his own firm under the name of Rockford Global Solutions that helps people by giving them the convenience of working offshore.

Samuel Congdon is married and has three children. He has been living in Dallas Metroplex from the last 13 years. In his free time Samuel Congdon likes to play Frisbee, likes to read, and enjoys watching documentaries. He does not like watching TV; he loves to travel especially to the tropics. Samuel Congdon has been to The Bahamas, Antigua, Nevis and St. Kitts, Dominica, St. Lucia, The Turks and Caicos Islands, The Netherland Antilles, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, England, The Isle of Man, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, Holland, The United Arab Emirates, Panama, Venezuela, Nepal, Thailand, and India and has gained a lot of international exposure through his visits to all these countries.
